2008 BAFTA First Nominations

Yesterday the Orange British Academy Film Awards announced the films that have been nominated for the Film Not in the English Language Award and here they are.

The Diving Bell and the Butterfly
The Kite Runner
The Lives of Others
Lust, Caution
La Vie en Rose

I cannot complaint for the good movies they nominated, but I cannot believe that 4 months, 3 weeks and 2 days is not here! Then I see they have The Lives of Others, so I assume that Cristian Mungiu's movie still has a chance for next year.
